Half & Hafu is a Japanese restaurant located at St. Morris. Coming from our home country, Japan, we are treating food as art and culture and our goal is to introduce Japan’s beloved food culture to the world. Our dishes focuses on East asian dishes, also giving highlight to Thai food. In the hopes that people all over the world will enjoy Japanese and Asian food in general. Our food preparation is crucial and we emphasize the quality of every ingredient, preparing it fresh and making sure that everything is spotless clean. The culture of Japanese cuisine is based on rice and miso with emphasis of seasonal ingredients and spices. We believe that through a meal, people can socialize, build stronger bonds, cooperate, work in teams and help society to develop.
